Question: What is the maximum capacity of guests your ballroom will hold?
Answer: Our maximum capacity is 150 guests. We have seating and linens for up to 80 guests. Parties are welcome to bring extra seating and linens if they choose to.
Question: Do you provide catering or is outside catering required for my event?
Answer: We do not provide catering. You may bring your own food or hire the caterer of your choice. Recommendations upon request. Renters will have access to our facility's kitchen for food set-up and storage. There are no cooking or heating facilities. Our grand ballroom has a spacious bar to accommodate food and beverages, and our smaller ballroom is equipped with long tables for food and drinks.
Question: What is your policy on alcohol being served at private events?
Answer: Our studio requires you to provide insurance for the day/evening of your event if you plan to serve alcohol. Those who partake of any alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age or older.
Question: What items or services do you provide on site? Are there any additional costs for these services?
Answer: Our facility can provide white or black linens to help dress up our tables and chairs. Use of our speakers and sound system as well as our DJ who can play a variety of ballroom, Latin, and swing music can add a nice touch. Question: If I make a reservation, how far in advance would I need to cancel in order to get a return on my deposit?
Answer: Renters will receive a full refund on their deposit if they cancel within 3 days of signing their contract. After 3 days, if you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your event your security deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your event you will be obligated to pay for the total rental fee, excluding the security deposit.
